Narchillan Gear
Narchillan Gear
Narchillan gear can only be obtained once per family through a quest. The strength of Narchillan gear falls between TET (IV) and PEN (V) Tuvala gear.
Although it can only be obtained once per family, you do not need to enhance Narchillan gear, making it an attractive option for Adventurers. It is also easier to obtain than PEN (V) Tuvala gear! It is also family bound, meaning the gear can be used by other characters. You can also use Narchillan gear to further strengthen your Tuvala gear! (There are no Narchillan accessories.)
Season characters cannot use Narchillan gear.

How to Obtain Narchillan Gear
Narchillan gear can be obtained through a special quest "[Special Aid] Fughar’s Letter".
In order to accept the quest, you will need to fulfill one of the following conditions:
1) Reach Lv. 56 with your character, or complete Calpheon's main questline.
2) Accept the quest, [Special Aid] Fughar's Letter, from the Black Spirit, then go to NPC Fughar located in each town.
3) Accept and complete the quests related to this from Fughar.
Narchillan gear is obtained through boxes. Once you open the weapon boxes, the weapon you obtain will be the one appropriate for the class that opens it. Therefore, if you want to have a different character to have Narchillan gear, you can move the box to that character to open it. You can also use "Narchillan Processing Stones" to convert Narchillan weapons back into boxes. The Narchillan Processing Stones can be purchased by certain Blacksmith NPCs for 1,000,000 Silver.
- Narchillan gear cannot be enhanced nor can Caphras Stones be applied to it. The set effects will not be active if the durability is at 0.
- You can only obtain Narchillan gear once per family.
Reforming Tuvala Gear
Narchillan gear can be converted into Combatant's Stones, which can then be used to reform Tuvala gear!Item | Required Stone | Effect |
Tuvala Main/Awakening Weapon | Combatant's Stone (Weapon) | Extra AP Against Monsters +7 |
Tuvala Sub-Weapon | Combatant's Stone (Weapon) |
Extra AP Against Monsters +3
Monster Damage Reduction +3
|
Tuvala Armor
(Helmet, Armor, Gloves, Shoes)
|
Combatant's Stone (Armor) | Monster Damage Reduction +7 |
You can use up to 2 Combatant Stones per family, so you will need to heat 2 Narchillan gear.
In the case of Narchillan armor, since armor pieces can be transferred to other characters without class restrictions, Adventurers often heat Narchillan weapons as opposed to armors.
▲ Atanis Pond in the Kamasylvia region.
If you have "Spirit’s First Breath", you will be able to accept the following quests from Mary at Atanis Pond (once per family).
- [Special Aid] Where the Spirits First Breathe: Weapon
- [Special Aid] Where the Spirits First Breathe: Armor
- You can find Mary by using the Find NPC function in the menu or by selecting the Spirit's First Breath item and find the NPC location!
Once you obtain the Combatant Stone of your choice, you can then reform your respective Tuvala gear.
You can only reform converted Tuvala gear, meaning that the Tuvala gear that you obtain via season servers must first be converted for a regular character to use. Only then can you reform the gear.
Go to the Black Spirit and select Upgrade/Reform. You can also select the Combatant Stone in your inventory in order to open the Item Reform UI.
Extracting Combatant's Stone
You can extract Combatant Stones from reformed Tuvala gear by using "Combatant's Restoration Stone" which can be purchased for 5,000,000 Silver from any Blacksmith NPC. These restoration stones are one time uses.▲ Select the Extraction – Extract Reform Stone option at a Blacksmith NPC
Converting Combatant's Stone → Narchillan Gear
Use the following method to obtain Narchillan gear through Combatant's Stone
1. If you heat Combatant's Stone, you can obtain Combatant's Stone Fragments (Weapon or Armor, depending on the Combatant's Stone that was heated) and Spirit's First Breath.
2. Convert your other Narchillan gear into Spirit's First Breath items.
3. Once you visit Fughar with a total of 7 Spirit's First Breath, you will be able to accept the quest "[Special Aid] By the Power of Narchillan Once More".
4. Once you finish the quest, you can obtain all 7 parts of Narchillan gear.
* You can use the Combatant's Stone Fragments and Spirit's First Breath together to obtain the Combatant's Stone again.
Converting Narchillan Weapons into Boxes
You can change Narchillan weapons into boxes so that you can obtain a Narchillan weapon appropriate for a different class.
You will need to use "Narchillan Processing Stones" to convert Narchillan weapons back into boxes. The Narchillan Processing Stones can be purchased by certain Blacksmith NPCs for 1,000,000 Silver and you must have the correct Processing Stone for the weapon you wish to change into a box.
1. Go to a Blacksmith NPC and purchase the appropriate Narchillan Processing Stone for 1,000,000 Silver.
