Voltarion is the newest Dream Horse, and the method to obtain it differs from that of other Dream and Mythical Horses.
To summon Voltarion, you must first acquire a special item called the "Trace of Thunderbolt." You will need 300 of these items, as well as the completion of a special quest to unlock Voltarion.
How to Obtain Voltarion

* If you collect another Trace of Thunderbolt x300 after completing the above quest, you can interact with the Water of Verti to obtain a Voltarion Horse Emblem through the [Repeat] [Voltarion] Lightning Strikes Again quest.
* Voltarion cannot be registered on the Horse Market.
* Voltarion can be sold through Mount Sales and Imperial Delivery.
* If Voltarion attempts to enter castles surrounded by the Dekrogda relic barrier using Double Jump, Lightning Charge (Airborne), or Thunderfall (Airborne), it will be immediately affected by the Dekrogda relic's waves and fall, just like Mythical Arduanatt and Mythical Diné.
* Voltarion can be sold through Mount Sales and Imperial Delivery.
* If Voltarion attempts to enter castles surrounded by the Dekrogda relic barrier using Double Jump, Lightning Charge (Airborne), or Thunderfall (Airborne), it will be immediately affected by the Dekrogda relic's waves and fall, just like Mythical Arduanatt and Mythical Diné.
